Ike is quickly bonding to his new friends. He does come out in the mornings to play and socialize with the other dogs and cats of the farm. He checks out the older sheep pen and all the birds running around. He is still extremely independant and often just goes off on his own to expore. But he is now leash trained so I can get him where I need now that he is getting much too big to carry around. And although his come has something to be desired, he does sit and wait for me when I tell him to and then I can attach the leash and put him where he belongs.
Ike spends most of his day here in the young ewe pen, we have a large kennel in there for him at night and leave the door open during the day for his food/water. We will have to keep an eye on him at lambing time but I have high hopes for this little guy!
